Our
Strategy
As few Venture Capitalists, we function as a team. All members
of e-nicial Ventures work closely together to help our investment
partnerships penetrate their respective target markets
and prosper. We believe
in creating
partnerships with entrepreneurs and actively involve our Venture
and Advisory Board Members in shaping the companies we invest in,
which in turn contributes to the success of our investments.
Our
vision is to provide financing to help outstanding entrepreneurs
and companies achieve rapid growth and seize important opportunities,
which we expect will cause a positive impact in their original
markets by generating know-how, dynamism and wealth. This will
ultimately help e-nicial Ventures
generate superior financial returns.
Investment
Approach
Given the fact that we operate in a region with very
volatile markets and significant market failures on one hand and
a predominant position
of family-run businesses and large conglomerates on the other hand,
we had to adapt our approach to this reality.
In addition to the above, the regulatory framework affecting
all industries is very much in flow, and in some aspects
- even in outstanding companies - there is a significant
lack of skills to get and keep a company on the growth track.
All
this has led to our goal of limiting the
number companies we want to be invested in so we can
have a high partner-to-capital ratio.

Decision
Making Process
Our goal is to provide an initial indication of interest to complete
and consistent investment proposals within a short amount of time.
If we decide
not to invest
at any
point, we provide constructive feedback on what we have learned
during our review, based on our understanding that the limited
exposure to investors may be at the origin of issues that made
us decide not to further pursue an opportunity.
The key information needed for us to further assess an opportunity
